released labor scheduling module, Fido is reinvesting in its technology platform. This allows Fido to give existing
clients the service they are accustomed to while providing the necessary flexibility to scale for the future growth of
its customer base. The new platform provides for greater stability and data security and is also equipped for higher traffic

Q: How much setup work will I need to do if I choose Fido?
A: None. Fido takes care of all initial data setup.
Q: How many restaurants and concepts can Fido handle?
A: Fido can handle any number of restaurants and as many different concepts as required. All information is kept on a centralized database ensuring consistent information for all users.
Q: Do you load any historical data for new users?
A: Yes. So that new users may start tracking comp data immediately, we initially load one year worth of historical data.
Q: How much historical data does Fido keep for current users?
A: We keep at least one year worth of historical data.
Q: What are the technology requirements for the end user?
A: An internet connection must be available on the POS server. Each end user will need a computer, printing capabilities, and internet access.
Q: Will my data be secure?
A: Yes. All data communication is protected and encrypted with SSL technology.
Q: Will this program slow down my POS system?
A: Not at all. Fido is a non-invasive program that will not affect server speeds at the restaurant.
Q: Does Fido integrate with my POS?
A: Fido currently interfaces with several POS systems, and is capable of integrating with nearly all windows-based systems!

A: No problem. We can consolidate information even if you run multiple POS platforms within your business.
